As we are one of the few companies left that offer ON SITE support included in your purchase price, we have developed our systems to be extremely reliable. If your unit develops a fault, simply call our dedicated support centre.

Unusually in this industry this call is charged at standard rate, not premium charges. If the engineer you call believes he cannot fix your problem over the phone, then he will organise an external engineer to call.

After 11 months of ON SITE support you will be offered to go onto our support contract for year two.

We currently have six on site engineers based at our Boldmere branch who are dedicated to solving any issue you may have.

Telephone Support
Many problems can be resolved promptly, over the phone by our support desk. All of our engineers are located at the shop, therefore all telephone calls are charged at a local rate, NO premium numbers!
Remote Support

We offer an integrated remote support facility which allows our knowledgeable team of engineers to repair and troubleshoot most issues promptly and with minimal downtime, thus enabling you to regain productivity at the earliest opportunity.

Internet based software provides the opportunity for our engineers to take over your computer or server, safely and securely.
Unlimited On-Site Support
When a problem cannot be solved via our telephone support line, or remotely, an engineer will come out and solve the problem on-site. There are no hidden call-out charges!
Preventative Check
An annual check on your system will enhance and optimise the performance of your machine.
Training
Our engineers are happy to help you with any queries or questions you might have. Basic training is also available, on anything from using the internet, to making labels for your Christmas cards! (2x 40 minutes sessions are included in your contract; additional sessions can be purchased on request.)
System Surveys
Regular surveys are carried out to provide you with regular reports and advice regarding the performance and reliability of your computer and equipment
Data
Backing up your data is essential in order to ensure your documents and pictures are as safe as possible. We will provide advice, when requested on how to back-up correctly and efficiently.
